COMPETITION RULES
By entering the Zimoja Lezinto Competition, you automatically agree to the following Terms and Conditions set out below.
- This competition is open to all South African residents over the age of eighteen (18) years (any persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have their parent/guardian’s permission before entering). However, the following persons are not eligible to enter: directors; members; business partners; employees; sales agents; advertising agency staff; advisors; or consultants of Moja Love and Zimoja Lezinto, its associated companies, service providers and the immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters), as well as the associated companies of entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph, including holding companies and subsidiaries, their employees, agents, subsidiaries and consultants.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social network.
- Entrants participate entirely at their own risk.
- The Competition will start on 01 September and end on 9 September. No entries received after midnight on 9 September will be considered.
- Verified prize winners will receive on the following prizes: R5 000 Africa Reloaded cement voucher, R5 000 Premium tiles voucher, R5 000 towards a charity close to your heart courtesy of NeoM Bakeries, Kicks vouchers and 50 four-piece Hart pots.
- There will to a total of more than fifty prize winners.

- The winner will be selected via random draw.
- Prize winner must allow thirty (30) days for delivery of the prize from end date of the competition.
- If Zimoja Lezinto is unable to contact the winner and does not receive the winner’s contact details within seven (7) days from draw, Moja Love reserves the right to draw another winner and the prize will be forfeited by the initial winner.
- The winner must provide a correct and useable address for courier to deliver the prize. Should the prize winner be uncontactable and therefore the courier company cannot deliver the prize, within reason, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and not Zimoja Lezinto.
- Any person that has won a main prize of any Moja Love competitions within the last two (2) years may not enter the competition and is not eligible for the prizes.
- The prize winner will be chosen through random selection.
- Zimoja Lezinto reserves the right to choose the winner at its own discretion if needed. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize winner will be verified and notified directly by email and/or phone call. The prize winner will be required to provide his / her physical address / postal address as well as any other details required by Zimoja Lezinto for delivery of the prize.
- The prize is not transferable. No substitution or assignment of prize is permitted, the prize is not exchangeable for cash, but the organisers of the competition reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable value if required.
- The winner may be required to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Zimoja Lezinto to ensure compliance with these rules. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these rules, he / she will automatically be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited. The winner may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
- By entering into this competition, you authorise Zimoja Lezinto to collect, store
and use (not share with third parties without the entrant’s prior consent) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication by emailing info@moja.co.za.
- Any personal data relating to a winner or any other entrants’, will be used solely in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)/ the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI).
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. The winner may be requested to appear on television or radio, in print publications, or online sites to endorse, promote or advertise the goods and/or services of Moja Love. However, the winner of the competition shall, at any time, be entitled to decline the above request.
- Notwithstanding any provision of the Terms of Use, Zimoja Lezinto reserves the right, without notice and acting reasonably, to terminate a person’s use of Moja Love social media platforms, and to block or prevent user’s access to the social media platforms and competition. Zimoja Lezinto may also terminate the user’s entitlement to
any prize if they do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
- Zimoja Lezinto reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withdraw the competition before any winner is notified, if any circumstances beyond Zimoja Lezinto’s reasonable control prevents or restricts Moja Love from conducting the competition.
- Zimoja Lezinto reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions during the competition period and every reasonable effort shall be made to inform entrants of changes/amendments.
- By entering into this competition, entrants expressly agree to indemnify and hold Zimoja Lezinto harmless, and its partners, their directors, employees and their agents (“the Indemnified Parties”) of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries and losses of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising as a result of their participation in the competition and related events and activities, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy; and entrants accept that the Indemnified Parties will not be responsible for any costs, damage or otherwise, howsoever incurred by the winner subsequent to claiming the prize.
- An entrant must be a natural person and may not be a juristic person; in possession of a Valid South African Identity Document and/or a permanent resident or citizen of the Republic of South Africa residing in South Africa.
