Veteran Kwaito musician Doc Shebeleza, real name, Victor Bogopane is currently has been admitted into a Johannesburg hospital following some health complications.
MEDICAL ATTENTION
The Ebumnandini hitkmaker was admitted into the Intestive Care Unit (ICU) at a Joburg hospital. A music industry friend revealed that the legendary hitmaker has been ill for sometime and in and out of hospital. "He has not been well for sometime but it was nothing that could get him hospitalised for too long," the friend said. "But he will be okay, he is getting the necessary medical care."
SPEEDY RECOVERY
A family member confirmed to ZiMoja that he indeed is in hospital. "We just need prayers for a speedy recovery, we will keep everyone posted on the progress of his health and we just don't want to say too much at this stage. We will release an official statement," the family member said.
Doc Shebeleza's career dates back to the mid 1990's where he released hit songs Ebumnandini and Kumnandi Lana, and subsequently his album titled S'kumfete. In 2014, rapper Cassper Nyovest made his debut with the single Doc Shebeleza, paying homage to the legend.
