Former Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) owner Lawrence Mulaudzi may soon be homeless.. This comes after the allegations that the Limpopo based team owner Mulaudzi may lose his Cape Town based home because of alleged breach of contract. Mulaudzi bought the Glad Africa Championship from the then Wits University in the Premier Soccer League. He was previously married to former chairwoman of the National Consumer Commission Mamodupi Mohlala-Mulaudzi.

Zjmoja can reveal that Mulaudzi is accused of owing an estimated R1 million for his Black Gold Oil and Gas company. According to the paper's that Zimoja has seen Acucap Investment challenges Mulaudzi through court papers in Johannesburg High Court that they execute his house which is worth around R19 million for his failure to pay rent. The company Walter Krueger documents shows that the company was evicted in their premises in 2020 but Mulaudzi has failed dismally to pay.

According to the court documents Krueger alludes that they were unable to locate Mulaudzi and serve him with the claims. The application cited that the City of Cape Town and Absa Bank as the respondents.Attempts to get his comment failed as his phone went straight to voicemail.
