Controversial rapper Mthinay Tsunam wants to be freed from popular record label Native Rhythms, owned by Sipho Sithole. According to two reliable sources Sithole is apparently allegedly refusing to release Mthinay Tsunam because he owes the company thousands of Rands. Mthinay Tsunam was signed by Native in 2012 but his stay in the stable hasn't him fortunes. "When Mthinay Tsunam requested his clearance from Jobe (the clan name for Sithole) he showed him slips of the amount the company had spent on his project including flights and accommodation. Jobe allegedly told Mthinay Tsunam that he has to pay back the money which was spent on him.," says the source. Native also paid for Mthinay Tsunam to move Durban to Johannesburg, according to sources.
HE SHOULD APOLOGISE
Mthinay is known for his long standing beef between him and award winning rapper Duncan Skuva. Another mole insists that Mthinay Tsunam needs to go and apologise to Sithole for walking away from his company. "He must meet him face to face. You don't mess around with Jobe," Mthinay Tsunam refused to comment and directed all the questions to his manager Thabani Joyisa, who confirmed to Zimoja that Mthinay Tsunam hasn't received any clearance from Native.
"We are not fighting with Sithole, we are seeking a clearance in order for Mthinay Tsunam to be able to release an EP. We can't do anything with Mthinay Tsunam since he's still tied to Native. We are asking for Mthinay Tsunam to be released from Native. That's all," said Joyisa.

NO CLEARANCE OWED
When Zimoja contacted Sithole, he showed Zimoja a conversation between him and Mthinay Tsunam where he told him that he doesn't owe Mthinay Tsunamany clearance.
"First time I hear about this? Mthinay Tsunam chats to me all the time. Please ask them when did they ask for that? I don't even know who Thabani Joyisa is. I have never had any contact with him. I will not respond to this any further," he said.
