Singer cans tour to SA

American singer Keysha Coles has been directly affected by the LA wildfires

The devastating fires that floored many Los Angeles businesses and homes has seen the much anticipated South African tour by Keyshia Cole cancelled. The R&B star was supposed to tour and perform in South Africa in the coming weeks, but her management team said she would not be able to make it.

TRAGEDY STRIKES

The tragedy has struck her and they said it would be impossible for her to perform in the country. In a statement, Tutone Communications, a PR company said: "The well-being of the artist and her family are of the utmost importance during this difficult time. The artist has been directly affected by the ongoing tragedy, including the loss of her home, and as a result, she is unable to proceed with her scheduled performance.Together with her team, we have been working tirelessly to assess the situation and in light of these unexpected and heartbreaking events, the difficult decision was made to call off the tour."

MORE DETAILS TO COME

They said a decision regarding a way forward would be finalised as soon as possible and further details will be shared with fans by the end of next week.

But it is not all doom and gloom for Keshia Cole's fans who have come to know her for hit songs such as Heaven Sent, I Should Have Cheated and her debut single, Never. Current ticket holders will be notified via email with instructions on how to proceed by the end of next week.
