He has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons with the recent one being of self-proclaimed blesser Serge Cabonge, whom he claimed tried to extort R250 000. Serge has since denied the allegations, but US businessman based in South Africa, Gregory Wings, said the matter is with the court and he will not be entertaining it any further. He is currently working on other bigger projects; one being bringing Canadian rapper Drake to South Africa.

NEVER-ENDING DRAMA

The businessman said he has learnt to be less trusting of people around him. "My first encounter arriving in South Africa was not pleasant. The whole Burna Boy saga is still ongoing with a case against Sedote Nwachukwu. There are several people who I have taken to court,' he said. "I was also duped by another scammer, by the name of Abraham 'Biblos' Radebe, who also stole from me; that matter is also in court. The last incident is of Serge the Blesser, or whatever he calls himself, who extorted R250K from me. I am also handling that matter. But in the meantime, I will continue to achieve everything I had set out to do,' he said. All parties have since denied ever scamming Gregory. He said his next project includes bringing the international act, Drake, to South Africa. "I cannot wait! That is what I am currently working on,' he said. "I'm still in SA because I'm here to do business. I'm not afraid of thugs trying to extort money from me. Justice will be served,' he added.

DEVELOPMENT

Gregory said he is also currently installing satellite Wi-Fi services in South Africa and Zimbabwe. "My plan is to bring Wi-Fi to 70% of the African continent instead of the 30% it is at now. I have been very busy while tackling these cases. I've also invested in three mining operation. My plan is to help develop SA to the best of my ability. My life has been threatened three times by Serge and his friends, but I am not afraid.'
