She is recovering well after surviving a car accident with minor scratches and bruises following a car accident that happened over the long weekend. Limpopo singer Kharishma (23), real name Melita Mogale ,was involved in a collision while driving from an event.
THE CRASH
Kharishma was driving a VW Polo when the accident happened along the R37 road at Ga-Kgwete village in Sekhukhune district over the long weekend. "I am so happy to be alive and survived the crash. It's not something I wish for anyone,' she told ZiMoja. "I think I lost control of the car due to exhaustion. I don't really know what happened. Everything happened so fast. I'm not even sure if it was the other driver. But I am just glad I made it out without anyone being seriously hurt.'
CAR CRASHES
In the last year or so, musicians have suffered more than a handful of car crashes. Recently, Malome Vector passed away with friends Lizwi Wokuqala and director Da Mos, while rising star Puleng Phoofolo survived. Before that, singer Shebeshxt lost his daughter, Onthatile, after a head-on collision. He had been driving on the R37 near Smelters Mine.
