Gogo Skhotheni comes clean about her first dark job

Gogo Skhotheni says she once help protect a hitman

Celebrity sangoma and social media influencer Gogo Skhotheni has spoken about how she had to use the dark ways to assist a hitman who has allegedly killed a few people. Gogo Skhotheni, real name Patricia Tumi Motsoeneng, said she entered the dark world of healing when she was not even popular at the time.

SKHOTHENI'S FIRST DARK JOB

"I had a client from Joburg while I was still staying in eMbalenhle. He arrived at 6 in the morning and said, Gogo, I am inkabi (hitman). My inyanga is dead. I wasn't famous at the time. Nobody knew me at that time. I was working in my mkhukhu at that time and had two initiates," Skhotheni said in a video shared on social media. She said the hitman told her that she had killed a lot of people who were high profile and needed protection from her. "He said being a hitman was a job that was putting food on his table, and he wanted protection from his victims so that they wouldn't haunt him," she said. She added, "It was my first time encountering such a person, and I threw bones to consult my ancestors. The guy was happy that I'd help him to consult in the dark space," Skhotheni explained.

LOSING HER SON

Skhotheni, who gained significant attention and fame through her reality show, Gogo Skhotheni, which aired on Moja Love, was in a war of words with comedian and media personality Tall Ass Mo last month. This was after she spoke about losing her son, Monde Junior. Their three-year-old son passed away in September 2024 in the hospital. Tall Ass Mo did not mince his words when he claimed that Gogo Skhotheni lost her son because of the muthi she used while pregnant, and this infuriated the famous sangoma. She attacked Tall Ass Mo, and he was forced to apologise, but the sangoma and the businesswoman did not accept his apology, which she deemed as half-baked. In the latest podcast, she did not go into detail to explain how she went into dark space to help her hitman client, which she kept anonymous.
