She has had two Brazilian butt lifts and last year had a gastric sleeve - a weight-loss surgery that removes part of the stomach. Brave and fear-fokol pastor's kid, Cyan Boujee, has gone under the knife to get a breast reduction.

BOOB LIFT

Cyan, real name Honour Zuma, shared her journey of why she needed to get the breast lift procedure. "I'm just getting my boobs lifted up so they are upright and pointy,' she said. She had the procedure done in Durban. "I want to have a unique body and surgery is very addictive. Once you start, you can't stop.' She said the gastric sleeve caused her breast to be "saggy' which she did not like.

WEIGHT LOSS

Cyan (24) previously told ZiMoja, that she was too lazy to commit to exercising daily and the weight loss surgeries gave her motivation. "I'm too lazy and too famous not to work out," she chuckled. Cyan wants to try everything that makes her happy. "I don't care much about opinions and judgements. I do what makes me happy,' she concluded.
