He is clean from any substances out of the streets and pursuing his passion, which is hip-hop music. Former street kid Bonga Sithole says he also secured a job at an internet service-provider company and was at his happiest.
MAKING MUSIC
He sparked people's interest when his videos went viral on social media a few years ago, where he was speaking bombastic English words with a captivating voice. He has since become the most popular homeless person, with people wanting his autographs, selfies, and videos. Bonga has recently released a song and music video titled All Love featuring Kgotso Carter. "Music basically saved my life. I love it; it helps me to release any stress and express myself,' he tells ZiMoja. "I am good; I have been under the radar, cooking, and off the streets.'
EMPLOYED
Bonga is no longer living in the streets. "The streets will always be my home; that is where I made a name for myself, but I am not holes anymore,' he said. "I am good. I have always been good.' He also managed to secure himself a job. "I work at Pluxnet, a South African internet and voice service provider. They are also going to help me go back to school,' he added.
