Former Orlando Pirates number one fan now turned Royal AM fan Mama Joy Chauke is a furious woman. This, after she was denied access into the Orlando Stadium on yesterday during a game between Pirates and Royal AM.
DENIED ACCESS
Mama Joy was prevented from entering Orlando Stadium by security. In a video widely shared on social media, Mama Joy could be seen screaming and crying as she begged the security to let her through. But the guards kept blocking her way into the stadium. "I am not allowed to go inside the stadium. I don't know why I am not allowed. I don't know why they are not letting me inside. Look at my ticket. I deserve a place inside. No! This is unfair," she said. Mama Joy also said she was still hurt about what the security did to her. "I am fighting for all the women that love soccer. I live and breathe football. I know every security in that stadium. All I asked for my place in the grandstand to watch football," said the sobbing Mama Joy.
?MADE TO WAIT
Mama Joy was forced to stand outside the stadium and only managed to get inside after she waited for close to an hour, after the police intervened. Mama Joy had to go to the nearest police station in order for her to be let in. The soccer fanatic left Orlando Pirates early last season and joined Royal AM, which is owned by businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize. She was quoted saying: "I have decided to join Royal AM to support MaMkhize because of the controversy on the last day of their season and not gaining automatic promotion to the DStv Premiership, it hurt me to see another woman suffering and hurting the way she did. "
