Kefilwe Mabote, popularly known among her followers as KefiBoo, is on a mission to clean up her slay queen image and replace it with the title of respectable businesswoman. The drop-dead-sexy 32-year-old with a huge presence on social media and over a million followers on Instagram is now slaying it in property businesses. Kefilwe recently announced that she now sells property for a living and has one of the biggest portfolio's which is around the Sandton area.
"My latest venture is FEYTH Properties, a proudly South African real estate and property development company specialising in the buying and selling of entry level to high end luxury apartments and houses as well as interior decor, installation, and design,' she says.

OWNING THE PROPERTY SPACE

Kefilwe has wanted to get into the property space for a long time.
"I've always had my eye on the real estate industry for a very long time. Design has always appealed to me. Beyond appearance, I have an eye for beautiful things and a knack for creating beautiful spaces,' she says.
"I'm privileged to be in a position where a personal project inspired individuals and earned their trust to partner up and bring creativity to their homes. I'm also fortunate to have partnered with people who understand my mission and vision and the value I desire to bring to every client we encounter."

DOING AWAY WITH THE SLAY QUEEN LABEL

The influencer, who dated businessman Edwin Sodi and has attracted high end brands such as Gucci, Prada and Dior, will soon be making multi-million property deals. She has also hogged the limelight for many wrong reasons and was labelled by many as a slay queen. But she has constantly challenged the title.
"One never forgets the feeling that comes with owning your own home. Let alone the individuals that helped make it happen along the different points of the client journey. Being on the one side (homeownership) inspired me to pursue this lifelong dream.'
A close friend to Kefilwe says, she works too hard to just be labelled a slay queen.
"She really wants to be taken seriously. She is determined to clean up her image and focus on this new business," the friend says.
"That girl is a hard worker who supports herself and family, she is a mother of two who takes care of her kids and does not rely on a rich men to get by.'
