Former Bafana Bafana and Mamelodi Sundowns star Teko Modise and his wife Koketso were serving couple goals but things have changed and there are cracks already in their three-year-old marriage. 

SEPARATED

The couple, who got married in a traditional wedding in 2021, are said to have gone their separate ways a few months ago, with Teko moving out of the home they shared in the north of Johannesburg. The celebrity couple used to post each other every day on their social media platforms, sharing lunch dates, going on vacation and showing off their beautiful home. However, all that has come crashing down after their breakup. A source close to the couple said they have also deleted each other's pictures on social media. Koketso also dropped the Modise surname on social media after their separation and now uses a different handle on her socials.

THEY TRIED TO SAVE THEIR MARRIAGE 

A source told ZiMoja that the couple tried to save their relationship but their efforts failed because other factors contributed to their breakup. "They make a cute couple, but sadly, the relationship has run its course. Maybe in the future, but right now I think they both need to be apart from each other," said the source. The couple is said to be co-parenting their two-year-old well. The source added that Koketso is in the south of Italy on a holiday with her girlfriends. "She continues being fabulous and living it up," said the source. Koketso could not be reached for comment while Teko ignored our calls.
