Controversial Limpopo rapper, Shebeshxt, real name Lehlogonolo Chauke (28) has threatened violence against Podcaster Thakgi Ledwaba if he mentions his name in any unsavoury manner.

MEDIOCRE PERFORMANCE?

In a TikTok video that was posted last year, and has since resurfaced and gone viral, Thakgi criticizes the Ambulance singer for not giving fans his best performance at his One Man Show in September last year, despite it being sold out. "He could have done better. The show was sold out, but his performance was not great," Thakgi said at the time.

HE DID GO TO JAIL FOR FUN

Shebeshxt who has previously been arrested for several other crimes including robbery, attempted murder, malicious damage to property, and assault to name a few has not taken the feedback lightly. He threatened Thakgi only after recently catching wind of the comments and gave him a stern warning not to compare him to other fellow artists. "Thakgi my boy, maybe you think I served time for urinating on people's flowers. I did not get arrested for that," he warned. "Don't mess with me!" He made what seemed like a death threat several times on the video, warning that his name should not be used carelessly. Shebeshxt is no stranger to controversy and is known for throwing the regular punch or drawing a firearm at anyone who "misbehaves."

PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER ONE

Although many of his fans support Thakgi's opinions, many believe he is becoming public enemy number one. This week, he was called out by musician Sizwe Alakine, also known as Reason for "derogatory comments." The rapper-tuned-AmaPiano artist paid Thakgi and his co-hosts a visit on their Podcast, Piano Pulse. This was to publicly defend his partner and fellow rapper Gigi Lamayne after they labelled her a downgrade from his previous relationship with baby mama, Luthando "Loot Love" Shosha. Thakgi could not be reached for comment on the matter.
