She has undergone approximately 20 or so surgeries, according to her estimation. From fillers, botox, tummy tuck and breast surgeries, to name a few. With a body full of tattoos, the reality TV star is clearly not afraid of needles. Jojo Robinson has gone under the knife again - to get a face lift aiming to look younger.
FACELIFT
Following the likes of Khanyi Mbau, who also got a facelift, Jojo showed off her recovery journey. She dissolved fillers in her face and neck to make way for the facelift she recently underwent. "I have been doing fillers for so many years that I just needed a more permanent solution,' she said. "I'm well aware I didn't need it. When it comes to plastic surgery, you don't usually need it, but it's something I really wanted to do.'
SURGERIES
Jojo revealed she has undergone an estimated 20 surgeries in her entire body and has spent about R800 000 overall. She said she is aware of the risks that come with plastic surgery, however, the rewards outweigh the risks. Jojo had her facelift under twilight anaesthesia, allowing her to remain awake through the surgery. "I struggle with recovery and this procedure took about seven hours, it was safer for me to remain awake,' she said. Nervous prior, Jojo said, the pain is worth it in the end. "Any surgery is scary. I was afraid but I am glad I went through with it," she told ZiMoja. "I am still healing, a little bit in pain but I can't wait for the final results.'
