It was a busy day at the Randburg Magistrate's Court yesterday with celebrities going in and out and up and down the cold corridors. Making an appearance was also Sello Maake Ka Ncube's estranged wife Pearl Mbewe and her bestie who also is her public relations client Lebo Keswa after he accused them of cheating and has asked authorities to grant him a protection order against the two women. They have in turn also served him with a counter protection order.

POINTING FINGERS

Pearl and Lebo were handed protection orders by actor Sello. Pearl who is still married to the actor but living apart had initially refused to sign the document. "I can't sign something I have not read and I told him that,' Pearl said. "That man is jealous and controlling,' she said at the time. She has in turn accused him of alleged mental and physical abuse. In the reports, she accused Sello of infidelity.

At the Randburg Magistrate's Court, Lebo told ZiMoja that she cannot say much about the matter is still sub judice. "I want to speak, but I can't say much as yet, or disclose any details as the case is sub judice.' Walking out of the court dressed in an African print alongside Pearl, Lebo joked calling his publicist "Mabebeza.' However, she took to social media to share her day in court. "So we appeared at the Randburg Magistrate's Court this morning. You guys know I will tell it all and give you all the files but our attorney and our counsel say the matter is sub judice so I must shut up until further notice. I'm ever so frustrated.' Sello said the law needs to take its course and he also doesn't want to say much. The matter between Lebo, Pearl and Sello has been postponed to 24 January 2025. 

ACCUSATIONS

Sello has allegedly accused the two of having an intimate relationship, which Pearl denied. "What level of lunacy is this maar? I have more gay friends than anything and I was accused of sleeping with my gay worker and now this! People need to know when to stop!' she said. Lebo also made an attempt to clear her name. "No, I did not insult Sello. He's accusing me of sh*t I know nothing about. Sello, you have the audacity to come to my home with cops and tell my estate manager that you want to serve me with a protection order. I don't know where you live and I've never bothered you! A protection order for your bloody insecurity because you think I F&*k your Wife. So is the order for your wife's vagina,' Lebo added.
