In a post, Msimango's new wife, Bontle Makgalo, shared the pictures captioned with the date June 1, 2024, suggesting that the celebration was last month. "1-06-2024. A promise kept. Our love story is one of unwavering devotion. You have shown me the purest form of love, a love that inspires me to be the best version of myself. And I couldn't ask for a more beautiful love story to be a part of. Thank you for being my soft landing, my haven, and my partner in every sense of the word. Here's to a lifetime of love, my forever," Makgalo posted. On the other hand, Msimango posted the pictures and wrote: "A promise fulfilled."

Msimango, who hails from Brakpan in Gauteng, began his professional career at Highlands Park FC, whose licence was bought by TS Galaxy-owned Tim Sukazi. Msimango subsequently continued his career at TS Galaxy before joining Kaizer Chiefs in the last season.
