It seem as if the beef between award winning rappers AKA and Cassper Nyovest is far from over. This comes after The Doc Shebeleza hitmaker ,whose real name is Refiloe Phoolo, shared a photoshopped picture of the Composure hitmaker and captioned it: "Introducing the new Brand Ambassador of Billiato. Mix it with Lemonade."

FAKE ANNOUNCEMENT

This angered AKA who  released a statement where he made it clear that he was thinking about taking legal action against Cassper Nyovest, who seemed not fazed as he has not taken down the post. The statement released reads, "On Friday 14 October 2022 the purported owner and major shareholder of an alcohol product made an announcement on multiple social media platforms accompanied by a manipulated image of Kiernan "AKA" Forbes alleging that AKA is the alcohol products new brand ambassador.AKA enjoys a long-standing successful and ground breaking partnership with Cruz Vodka.

WEIGHING HIS LEGAL OPTIONS

The announcement is ill-considered and has and still continues to violate AKA's rights to have his likeness and image protected by law. AKA is hard at work on new and exciting brand partnerships which will announced very soon.AKA is exploring his legal options in this regard," the statement reads. The two nearly exchanged blows recently when AKA performed the Composure song, where he disses Cassper, during the Spring Fiesta Event about a week ago where the rapper was accompanied by his sweetheart and rapper Nadia Nakai.

EXCHANGING BLOWS

Nadia Nakai is a former rapper of Cassper's Family Tree Company.A video went viral where the two rappers nearly exchanged blows outside the venue and the bouncers had to intervene to break them apart. At the time of publishing, Zimoja was waiting for Cassper's comment on the matter.
