Reality TV star and businesswoman Nonku Williams was head over heels in love with ex-con and businessman Dumisani Ndlanzi, popularly known as Rough Diamond. She introduced him to her children after he bought her a car and not even his criminal past was going to get in the way of their love. They even got engaged after dating briefly. But their love affair did not work out and Nonku was left heartbroken.

THE BREAKUP

In the reunion of The Real Housewives on Durban, Nonku broke down saying that her relationship with the self-acclaimed �"hustler” was over and she was not ready to talk about why the love affair ended. Nonku also stated that there was a pending case against her ex-lover that she had opened with the police. �"It’s a legal matter, so at this point, I cannot say anything,” Nonku shared at the time.

IT’S LIES

Going live on his social media to set the record straight on his breakup with Nonku, Rough Diamond said that he never once scammed her. �"There is no case that was opened. I have never scammed Nonku. I never even took a single cent from her. Instead, I was the one who gave her money,” he says. �"We were in love. I have never disappointed her, she never disappointed me and she knows that. I was providing for her as a man. People who work for Nonku can tell you that when she had payment delays at the site with her employees, I paid for that. I was providing for her as a man. People are calling me names, I don’t care. People fall in love and then break up! it happens.”

THE ENGAGEMENT

ZiMoja has previously reported that Nonku ended her engagement to Rough Diamond two months after he proposed. Following their business partnership, he allegedly scammed her out of thousands of Rands. "They had a tender deal they worked on together. When the deal was through, Dumisani took all the money and built a house in his village leaving Nonku high and dry,” the source said.
