Renowned TV producer Lebo M’s estranged wife Pretty Samuels-Morake could soon land in jail if she doesn’t return his car back. ZiMoja can reveal that Pretty, who is currently nowhere to be found, has been given 48 hours to return her soon-to-be ex-husband’s Mercedes Benz, failing which, she may be arrested for theft.
FAMILY WANTED THEM BACK TOGETHER
ZiMoja reported that the couple reconciled more than a week ago after both their families met to talk to the couple about mending their relationship. It’s understood that Pretty’s former brother-in-law brokered a reconciliation agreement between the estranged couple in front of the lawyers. According to the source who spoke to ZiMoja, the agreement included Pretty acknowledging her shortcomings publicly to redeem Lebo M for going public about their marital problems. Lebo had been expecting Pretty to issue a written public statement, apologising to him and taking responsibility for misusing his digital signature on various legal documents. ZiMoja understands that Pretty refused to issue the apology and that she vanished with Lebo M’s Mercedes and some cash without ’authorisation’.
HE WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH HER
Lebo M has referred to his latest wife as "estranged wife" in a media statement indicating the pair are not sharing their marital home, a year after marriage. Lebo’s spokesperson Baleseng More confirmed to ZiMoja that not only has she been stripped of the title Mrs. M. "She has no access to the house, and has been stripped of all the other expensive benefits she used to indulge herself when the couple was still in love," More said. Another highly-placed source claims that Pretty removed the tracker from the car and that her husband is unable to track her. "She took out the tracking device," the source said, adding that Lebo does not care much about the cash and that he just wants his car back," the source added.
SPOTTED WITH HER SANGOMA FRIEND
ZiMoja source spotted Pretty and her sangoma friend around eShowe in KwaZulu Natal wearing masks and bucket hats." I saw them at the garage and I know her from Richard’s Bay but she did not see me," adds the source. Another source says Lebo M, who recently bought a mansion at a luxury estate, now wants nothing to do with his soon-to-be ex-wife. Lebo is said to have sold his shares at the Lion King production company for a reported R230 million cash windfall and bought one of the biggest houses in Waterfall Country Estates in Midrand. In a post on Instagram, Pretty posted a video of her home with the caption, "My mother’s palm trees, her garden-nyana and just home energy gives me peace," suggesting that she was back home in KZN at her mother’s house. Pretty failed to answer our calls for comment.
