Troubled producer and singer Bongani Fassie, the son of late veteran artist Brenda Fassie, has been hospitalised after getting into a drunken brawl. Bongani got into an altercation at a nightclub last night and has been admitted to a hospital in Johannesburg north.

A FIST FIGHT

The source, a friend, said that Bongani went on a partying spree and got into a horrible fight at a club where he was assaulted. "It was bad - he had to be admitted because he lost a lot of blood." The source said Bongani got hurt on an already existing scar that he got last year when he was stabbed in the arm by an unknown man at a traffic light in Randburg, Johannesburg.
