After the canning of Gomora where she played Nthathi, seasoned actress Katlego Danke has hinted that there's a new chapter loading in her career. The star's career spans over two decades and she's always managed to stay at the top of her game and it seems like a new door may be opening up for her and many of the fans that she's amassed over the years, could soon get to see her on the small screen soon.

FAMILIAR FACE

She shot to fame when she joined Generations as Dineo Mashaba and since then, she's done various other projects, including 7de Laan and Isidingo. She left her myriad Instagram followers curious about her next move, when she wrote that a new chapter in her life was looming. "Sometimes when a new chapter is loading, the chapter you are in feels like it's never going to end. But if we hang in there a little longer, we are rewarded. For every ending, there's a new beginning. And goodbyes are never the ending, they always signify a new birth, perhaps even a new you. Celebrate that. Because life is always worth celebrating."

BALANCING DEMANDING CAREER AND MOTHERHOOD

She is a mother of two and she keeps her life private. However, she always gushes about how blissful motherhood is. And although she is a career mom, she always makes time to be with her kids. She recently visited MacG's Podcast and Chill where she spoke candidly about her career and how it was working with Seputla Sebogodi, who played her onscreen husband, Kenneth Mashaba, for many years. "Working with him was awesome. He was a good person to work with, who knew to be professional and how to do the work," she said.
