TK Nciza now a grandfather!

Afro beats musician Ciza has welcomed his newborn

Not long ago, ZiMoja reported that ANC Gauteng secretary general and former music mogul Thembinkosi "TK' Nciza took his relationship with Lebo Phasha to the next level by proposing and sending his uncles to her home to kwakha ubudlelwane (unite families). In an article, the politician expressed how important family values are to him. "Family helps to ground one's character. Even the Bible says, "He who finds a wife, finds a good thing. I am a very private person, I can't share all details, but I am happy,' he says. "It's important to have a good, healthy family structure, especially when one is in politics.'

A HAPPY DAD

This week, ZiMoja has learned that TK's multi-talented Afro beats vocalist son Ciza is now a father. The Adje singer who has made a name for himself in countries across the continent and abroad is happy to be a father and has acknowledged the child by "paying damages,' a close friend says. "He would never not acknowledge the child. He comes from a good home. His dad would never let him do that. His family went to pay damages and he is so excited about fatherhood.' The friend says Ciza "did everything right, the minute heard the girl was expecting a baby,' he says. "The baby has been born but it's too early to reveal the gender, you know us and our African traditions and doing things by the book.'

SHOWING MATURITY

Ciza recently gave the world a taste of his sound with the release of his single Come Alive. The track was ranked among the top five songs on several charts across the continent. His recent single Adje, with producer and songwriter Tony Duardo, was released on his birthday and received over 1 million views. "I have become more enlightened about a lot of things. I am also very emphatic about the vision for my music. My sound is not meant for just the South African but for an international audience too," he concludes.
