Former child star turned TV producer Isaack Chokwe is the latest victim of crime. ZiMoja can reveal that Chokwe’s Norwood, Joburg home was broken into. According to sources close to the situation, while Chokwe was away at work, thugs broke into his home and took everything - from clothes to furniture.

HE IS STILL SAD 

According to the source, Chokwe nearly fainted when he walked into an empty house after they cleaned him out. According to the source, he lost rare furniture he had been collecting for the past few years

"I doubt he will recover from this incident. He had the most beautiful pieces - his beautiful home is like an art gallery," adds the source. Another source says Chokwe is now considering selling his home and leave in a gated community for the sake of his peace and safety. "Imagine someone invading your space. I would also be scared and paranoid," adds the source.

LIVING IN FEAR 

Another source says he is now sacred to leave his house. The source adds that he suspects that people who did this, are people who are close to him. "He suspects that it is people or people who knows him. No stranger can randomly pick a house and burgle it without inside information," adds the source. The source says Chokwe is trying to move on with his life and leave the ordeal behind him, although he is still hurt.
