She wants to be the first black female president in South Africa. She wants to see change; Retired psychologist and President of the All Citizens Party (ACP) leader, Dr. Senathi Fisha cast her vote and is waiting for her outcome.

WOMAN PRESIDENT

She has hardly slept leading up to the elections and has been campaigning. She wants 10 seats nationally and three per each five provinces. "We are confident about this, and we are ready. Men have led us; we have seen no change. It is time for a female president to come and implement change," she tells ZiMoja. "We want to create over 1.3 million jobs. We need them to get R3 500 grants for unemployment, and we want to scrape credit blacklisting immediately," she says.

WOMEN ON TOP

She says the biggest issue is the lack of transparency. "Number one and most important is transparency, amongst the people of South Africa. We want equality and to give power to the youth, they are the future leaders," she says. "As a woman, I can’t be watching our generation going down the drain. I formed a party because I know I am capable of leading, I have a foundation (NPO) called Fisha Foundation," she says. "I’ve been helping people for more than ten years, now I think it’s about time I serve the whole of South Africa. We also want to re-address the imbalance of gender in our society, therefore gender really matters."
