THE ACCIDENT CHANGED EVERYTHING?
In 2018, Sbahle was involved in a tragic car accident that almost took her life. She crashed her blue BMW 4-series into a tree and was gravely injured. She spent weeks in a coma and ICU fighting for her life. She opened up about losing her memory and how the accident impacted her life. Through the years, her life changes and her image slightly, following the car crash. The fan favourite is now a tattoos lady with ink on her leg, back, and arms. "The tattoos on my legs are to cover my scars,' she says. "I was very self-conscious of the scars after the accident, so I decided to cover them with beautiful tattoos.' Sbahle also has a tattoo on her wedding finger. She tells ZiMoja that it is a sign of commitment to herself. "I wasn't going to wait for a man to propose to me, I did the tattoo for myself and it has a significant meaning which I won't share as yet,' she says.

She started a YouTube channel called 'Sbahle Mpisane's Visual Book' where she spoke openly about her life, the car accident, relationships and addressed some issues about her family that had resurfaced in the media. But Sibahle says that she gave up on vlogging due to people's "back energy." In her debut episode, she sat down with a friend and YouTuber Owamie Netshivhazwaulu in an hour-long interview to reflect on events before and after her accident. "I was doing it for fun, also to share bits of my life, but people were toxic and would say mean things,' she says. "I won't ever go back to vlogging again. I thought I could hang out with a few friends and share my life, but nah.'
FINDING NEW PASSIONS
Sbahle adds that people need to move on from the "Fitness Bunny' image she introduced herself in the industry. "Because of the accident, there are certain things that I am not able to do anymore, and the intense workout plans are one of them. Yes, I still exercise, but it will never be the same. I have moved on and would like for people also to move on.' She is aware that people are expecting intense workout content from her. "Fans keep asking me when I will be physically ready to do the workout videos. But things have changed. I am looking for new passions now. I am still discovering myself and learning what I love. I am not putting any amount of pressure on myself, but I am focusing on my health and rediscovering myself.'
