The Real Housewives of Joburg reality show will return for a third season next month. The dramatic reality show is set to premiere on May 19, 2023.
PRODUCTION STOPPED
The show was unceremoniously taken off air after cast members allegedly assaulted each other on camera. Sonia Mbele' production company lost the show when it was canned after the fight. M-Net quickly issued a statement to say the show was was discontinued due to unforeseen circumstances experienced during the production. Sonia had to re-apply for the show to come back on the screen. ZiMoja has learnt that the show is in the final stages before hitting our small screens next month. "The show has been completed and the date has been set," adds the source.
ONLY TWO OLD CAST MEMBERS WILL MAKE A RETURN
The only cast members that are coming back are Lethabo LeJoy Mathato and Lebo Jojo Mokoena. They will be joined by new additions Mamus Koka, a content creator and HR administrator, Keabetswe Marema, a mother of three who is married to a millionaire, Thobekile Mdlalose, a self-made millionaire and traditional healer and Nicole Watson, a serial entrepreneur and mother of one. The show will zoom into the luxurious lives of these six Johannesburg women including their gorgeous homes to their flashy lives and all the drama that comes with being rich.
