Rapper Bravo Le Roux, real name Sinesipho Peter announced he and his wife are expecting a baby.
FATHERHOOD
The Khayelitsha-born rapper, currently living in Switzerland, Bravo Le Roux penned a heartfelt note to his unborn child sharing the joy of being a father. “As I write this, you are still growing, a tiny miracle I’ve yet to meet, but I already love more than words can say. I think about you every day?"what you’ll look like, the sound of your laugh, and the incredible person you’ll become,” he said. “I won’t pretend I’m not scared. The thought of being your parent is overwhelming at times. I wonder if I’ll know how to guide you, teach you, and protect you in all the ways you’ll need. But I promise you this: I’ll always try my best. You’ll never have to doubt how much I love you or how deeply I’ll fight for your happiness.”

Bravo added that the unpredictability of the world can be scary but he would navigate it with his child. “I’ll be here for your first steps, your first words, and every moment in between. I’ll cheer for you in your victories and hold you close when things feel hard. You’ve already changed my life in ways I couldn’t imagine, and I haven’t even held you yet. I can’t wait to meet you, to look into your eyes, and to tell you how much you mean to me. Until that day comes, know that you are so loved, and I’m counting down the days until you’re in my arms.”
WINNING
The Makhwenkwe rapper made a name for himself out through his music. He perfromed at Cotton Fest for the first time in 2022 followed by his tour ’International Gubevu’ and has since made several milestone in his music career. He has won several awards including Rise Up Music Awards (RUMA) and twice at the South Africa Hip Hop Awards (SAHHAs).
