The man accused for the murder of four-year old Bogabo Poo appeared for his bail application at the Benoni Magistrates court. His new attorney Sulleyman Ibrahim told  the court he has requested a transcript from the state that has information on the matter. He's not going apply for bail on behalf of his client until he hears the outcomes of the application of the bail that the state requested to be revoked.

STATE INTENDS TO OPPOSE BAIL

The state brought an application for his bail to be revoked in the rape matter of the nine-year-old rape  and they intend to oppose bail for Bogabo matter .He was due to appear at the Carltonville Magistrates court on the 4th of November. His defence in the Carltonville matter has recused himself. Bogabo's emotional father asked the accused to tell him where he has hidden his daughter's missing body parts.

FAMILY IN TOTAL PAIN

Bogabo's aunt  Lebogang Poo said their family is in total pain. "This is a horror I wish I could wake up from. The police hasn't gotten back to us and we still don't know where her missing body parts are. The accused hasn't been able to tell them where he disposed the body parts. He's not cooperative,"she said.
She said she remembers Bogabo as a jolly child who stood out from the rest. "She was born a Capricorn so she didn't have to say much, her presence spoke for her. She was a happy child and had loudness within her. I want people to remember her for bright smile and laughter."
