Lover stabs girlfriend in full view of cops

Amanda was brutally killed by her lover with cops watching

The community of KwaMbonambi, outside Empangeni in KwaZulu Nata,l is still reeling in shock after a boyfriend stabbed and murdered his girlfriend in front of the local cops Amanda Mthalane (34) was killed by her boyfriend in front of the local police of KwaMbonambi while on duty over the weekend. According to a friend and colleague Zandile Mthethwa, who witnessed the murder of Amanda, her friend had been trying for months to break up with his boyfriend.
"I still can't believe that Amanda is no more and she was killed by someone who claimed to love her. On the day of the incident, her boyfriend was not in good mood.  I noticed the way he looked at Amanda, there was anger in his eyes. He even told some of our colleagues that it was Amanda's last day on earth he wanted to end her life," she said.

AMANDA WAS DATING THE DEVIL

Zandile said that before her killing, Amanda called the cops on her boyfriend.
"The boyfriend had been hinting to us that he would kill Amanda. I remember he told me that this was his first clean job in his life and that he was used to hustling. We should have seen through him. Amanda was dating the devil. I so wish there was something I could have done to save her life. She died with a dream of building her mother a house, she had already bought bricks to build a  house for her," said Zandile.

HE STABBED HER AND WALKED INTO THE POLICE VAN

According to Zandile, the boyfriend stabbed Amanda multiple times in front of her co-workers. "After he stabbed Amanda, he stood up and walked to the police van smiling as if he had done a good job. He was not remorseful and you could tell that he took his time planning to kill her," she said. KZN SAPS spokesperson Constable Thenjiswa Ngcobi confirmed the incident. "We can confirm the incident that took place where a 32-year-old woman was stabbed multiple times on the body by a known suspect. She was taken to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. A suspect was arrested at the scene for murder by KwaMbonambi police and was expected to appear in court soon," she said.
