The legal battle involving Gugu Khathi, the wife of award-winning DJ Tira and Silindile Khumalo, who accused Gugu of cheating with another music personality Tebogo Lerole, behind DJ Tira’s back, lover, seems to be far from over.

LETTER OF DEMAND
Judging by the legal action taken by Silindile, she is not backing down. On May 23, her lawyers sent a letter of demand where they claim the "unlawful dismissal of Ms Khumalo from Act Now" was unfair. Silindile, through her law firm, Diaho Attorneys Inc, maintains the cheating between the two media personalities did happen. The letter states: "It is our instruction that our client is your colleague in Act Now (the organisation) which runs various projects as well as building a large stakeholder network. You have on several occasions brought Ms Khathi to client’s apartment wherein you will be in her space even during evening hours. Client will refrain from divulging details.
"At least on one occasion of the 19th of November 2020, you had all spent the whole day or afternoon including evening together," the letter states
SLI IS ADAMANT THAT THE AFFAIR HAPPENED
The lawyers have provided what they term as proof and just want" to remind you of the occasion referred to in this correspondence. Client has never informed any person regarding these events and had no motive none whatsoever, to share your private engagements with third parties. There are many other moments, however, client had no business in interfering with your private lives because she is not bothered in any manner or way." Annexure A and B show evidence of photos where Slindile is seen in photos with Tebogo on at least two different locations. With no one willing to apologise from all the people involved in the shenanigans, it looks like the matter will go to court." When called for comment Gugu and Tebogo refused to comment.
