Reality star and former president Jacob Zuma's ex-fiancée, Nonkanyiso 'LaConco' Conco,  will not be returning to the popular reality show.  This is after she allegedly lied about having a house and a man. Her controversial tenure on the show's season 2 saw her being called out on social media for her lies, with some criticising the show for allowing such lies.

NEW TALENT RUMOURED TO BE JOINING 

New faces will be introduced for season 3 to replace her.  Other cast members of the controversial reality show include Sorisha Naidoo, Annie Mthembu, Nonku Williams, Thobile MaKhumalo Mseleku, Londie London and JoJo Robinson. A source close to the situation says her story line was boring and she had nothing else to offer other than just being Zuma's ex."The producers decided to let her go and find other interesting people with more to offer' says a source.

LOOKING FOR DRAMA

Another says source says they were looking at more people who are out there and have a bigger following, another source says producers decided to part ways with her because of her social media presence. "People on social media could not relate to her , she does not have the social media appeal'
Another says producers are desperate and looking for people who have interesting lives and have drama.
" it is hard to find dramatic people in Durban with colourful lives " adds the source. Sam Kelly, Let It Rain Films Executive Producer, says, "The new season of The Real Housewives of Durban hasn't started shooting yet; we'll confirm cast when it does.'
