The future seems really bright for Kaizer Chiefs' iconic goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune. At 35 years old, Khune is a living proof that you can achieve anything you want., this is after Khune graduated. The Ventersdorp born footballer shared the exciting news on social media
"This is a reminder to stop and enjoy the moment " he wrote on social media with a picture of him in a gown and his wife in tow.
MOMENT OF GRATITUDE
Itumeleng Khune was amongst the PSL players that graduated from the Player Transition Programme (PTP) at Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Speaking to Zimoja, Khune says he is proud of himself and he is grateful for the support he has received both from his peers, family and his wife during his studies.
"It's been a long journey but it feels good,' Itumeleng says adding that, "It has not been an easy ride but I am grateful to my wife for the love and support she gave me."
A HUGE CONGRATS
Itumeleng's wife,Siphelele, congratulated him. "Congratulations to my hubby bear, you already know that the little bears and I are proud of you and we were wishing many more' his wife said on instagram. The PSL, together with sponsors MultiChoice, joined hands this year to try and help players secure their life after football by introducing certain personnel to the PTP and produced their first set of graduates from the PTP on Monday afternoon.
PSL also took to their social media platforms to congratulate the class of 2022, posting a photo of some of the graduates who posed alongside MultiChoice and PSL bosses Calvo Mawela and Irvin Khoza respectively.
