A warrant of arrest has been issued for Andile Mpisane, the owner of soccer club Royal AM and son of renowned businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize. The news about Mpisane facing arrest comes after he allegedly violated an interim protection order brought by his former girlfriend, DJ Sithelo Shozi.
A source told ZiMoja that Sithelo went to a Durban north police station and secured a warrant of arrest on March 3 but the police apparently advised her to wait for Andile to violate the protection order again, before they can arrest him. Sithelo and Andile have two children together but Andile has moved on with his life and is now married to Tamia.
DRAMA CONTINUES
Andile and DJ Sithelo have been at loggerheads since the birth of their second child to the extent of that she opted to seek a protection order against her former boyfriend. Andile questioned the paternity of the baby after the child was born, claiming the child was not his. He even wanted DNA tests conducted to prove he was not the father of the baby. Sithole wouldn't comment so did Andile, citing it is a legal matter
MORE TROUBLE
Just last week, ZiMoja reported that Andile and his celebrity mom MaMkhize allegedly assaulted 41-year-old security guard, Wandile Mbanjwa at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban. The incident happened during a match between AmaZulu and Royal AM. Mbanjwa said he had denied entry to the flamboyant officials of Royal AM, and that's when all hell broke loose.
