Socialite heavy weight Tsekeleke, who is the latest internet sensation, is said to be tired of his family. Tsekeleke, real name Mixon Tholo, has an axe to grind with his family for trying to control him and his finances.
FAMILY AFFAIR
The 39-year-old singer and dancer from Mabopane, north of Tshwane, who derives his nickname from the late kwaito star Anthony "Tsekeleke" Motaung, who was also big, is not a happy man. According to sources close to the situation, Tsekeleke threw a party on Friday, 23 August, and things did not end well. According to a source, his cousin Neo caused drama by accusing Tsekeleke's girlfriend, Black Cat ,real name Mathapelo Kanyane and kwaito star Dr Malinga of exploitation and financially abusing Tsekeleke. Just last week, Black Cat Girl and Tsekeleke posed on social media with a stash of money said to be around R150k, which they raised through gigs.
BEING USED BY THE TWO
Another source said Tsekeleke's family feels that the heavy star only takes directions and instructions from his girlfriend and Dr Malinga. "They feel like they have lost him because now that he is making money, he doesn't listen to them," said the source. "That's why he feels uncomfortable that his family is trying to control his hard-earned money because he wants to feel like a man too," said the source. When confronted by Black Cat on camera, Tsekeleke's parents denied accusing him of not financially supporting them. His mother, Maria Tholo (61) said: " We never said those things. Mixon always helps us here at home, just last week, he bought us meat and chicken feet, and we buy maize." Black Cat Girl said she doesn't care about people's opinions.
