The legendary soapie is currently on season 34 and promises drama and suspense with the younger Ma2000 cast. Joining the show is
Athie Cwele, who will play the character of Kamogelo Moroka, Kea's Son, who is currently studying Digital Marketing and software engineering and plans to start his own business when he finishes his studies. "There are no words that suffice to express how it feels being on a show as big as Generations. But above and beyond anything, it is a blessing to me and I am grateful for the opportunity,' Athie said about his new role.
WARM WELCOME
Sicelo Mabaso joins the soapie as Samkelo, a charming hustler. He is street-smart and charismatic. "I am extremely grateful to have gotten the role after such a grueling and nail-biting audition process, a life-changing experience, and to many, it will start making sense… A gifted kid compelled by a passion for the arts,' Sicelo said. Vuyolwethu Matiwane will play the role of Lulama, a young woman who arrived in Johannesburg from East London, looking to make it big and escape poverty. Her mother is religious, and Lulama grew up attending church every Sunday, but the road to making it in life has been rough since she started university.
