He got into an accident in September that landed him in hospital, bedridden and unable to walk. Rhythm and Blues singer Kaylow, real name Kelello Segoana, has since been getting medical care to try and get him to walk again. "85%of my body can't move but my Soul is dancing,' he first shared the news of the accident.
THE CRASH
In a video on social media at the time of the accident, Kaylow was seen being wheeled into an ambulance. "God is good. Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes. This journey is hard and very painful, I never imagined myself in such a situation but I assure you I will recover. God is good,' he said. When the accident happened, his management team shared a statement thanking his followers for their support. "Kaylow is hospitalised after the recent accident. Our beloved brother is healing after a recent car accident. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from his fans during this time. He is surrounded by loved ones and making progress.' He was driving from the shops when he tried to avoid a car that had come into his lane, causing his car to overturn. "I got thrown and my pelvic area was badly injured. I needed to get two surgeries.'
FAITH
He is hopeful about his recovery and being able to walk again. He told ZiMoja that he is recovering in a hospital where he is getting all the medical attention to help him start walking again. "I am staying positive and being rehabilitated. I have hope.'
