He has been making headlines recently for all the wrong reasons. Maskandi singer Dumangeze, real name Scelo Ngcobo, also known as Inkosi Yabefundisi, is the ex-lover of maskandi singer Ncomile "Vulandlela' Msomi. The two who have an 18-month-old baby have separated. Vulandlela has accused the Iyakhethwa Intombi singer of not maintaining his child and alleged sexual assault.

SEPARATED

Since the two separated, they have had brief encounters. Vulandlela has accused Dumangeze of not taking care of his child. "He maintains the child whenever he feels like it,' she says. "He is not involved and does not care. I have been advised to take him to court.'

SEXUAL ASSAULT

Vulandlela has recently accused her ex of sexual misconduct after he demanded sex from her in October last year when they had attended a maskandi event together. "I was already not interested in the relationship. I just wanted money for the child. He was bragging that he had the money but refused to give it,' she said. Vulandlela added that she got angry due to this and broke the mirror of his car and she was arrested for violation of property.

CHILD MAINTENANCE

The two had made peace and bumped into each other, where she asked the singer to drop the charges. "He asked me to accompany him to the car. I went because we were speaking about the case. In the car, he demanded sex and even pointed a firearm at me. I was scared, so I had no power," she alleged. "I had opened a case, and he asked that I drop the charges. I don't want anything from him but to support his child with the R1, 500 I asked for.' Dumangeze says what they had was consensual. "She was a side chick; it ends there. I maintain my child.'
