Sbahle Mpisane, a reality TV star, fitness bunny, and the daughter of business mogul Shauwn "Mamkhize" Mkhize has opened up about getting breast implants.

THE FITNESS BUNNY

Sbahle introduced herself as a fitness bunny who is all about looking good and healthy. In 2018, she was involved in a tragic car accident where she crashed her blue BMW 4-series into a tree which left her seriously injured. She spent weeks in a coma and ICU fighting for her life and lost her memory but through the years, she made some adjustments to her image, with tatoos and also went under the knife. "The tattoos on my legs are to cover my scars. I was very self-conscious of the scars after the accident, so I decided to cover them with beautiful tattoos," she said. She also opened up about the challenges of staying fit while having mobility issues and has been working out again. Her most recent change to her body is getting breast implants.

WEIGHTLOSS AND SURGERY

She recently travelled to Turkey alone to have breast implants wanting to "look like a Kardashian," she said. "My confidence body is officially complete. The body calculations have added up, call me Miss hourglass." Sbahle did her breast implants at the popular clinic where many South African celebrities including the likes of Sithelo Shozi, Eva Modika, Inno Morolong and many others did their Brazilian Butt Lifts and implants. "I always post bikini pictures and I look gorgeous, but there are always negative comments and people saying, the breasts are missing. But my boobs were not bad at all."

Sbahle said this what led her to want to make changes to her breasts. She added that the weight loss also came with negative criticism. "I was losing weight and people were talking and saying how is it in connection with HIV. How did we get to a level where I can't slim down without anyone saying I am HIV positive."
