After being involved in a car crash in 2018, businesswoman and reality TV star Shauwn "Mamkhize" Mkhize walked the journey of healing with her daughter Sbahle Mpisane. The self-titled fitness bunny recently celebrated her 30th birthday and her mother celebrated her.

LIFE BEFORE THE CAR CRASH

In 2018, Sbahle was involved in a life-changing car crash. Years later, in an exclusive 'tell-all' with YouTuber she said she misses the person she was before the crash. "I miss the person I was before the accident. I was so driven, I used to do everything. I got A's in schools, played sports, and even on Instagram, I never knew I'd be so well known just for being myself," Sbahle said. But she also revealed her relationship with God and now attends Bible studies weekly, something she never did before the life-changing accident on August 9, 2018. "There was alcohol involved, but I don't drink to get drunk. It's just that there was a whole situation that no one knows about that got me into the car accident. Only I know what happened." She shared.
