Businessman and Lion King producer, Lebo M seems to be spending more of his time in the courts these days. Today, the media personality will be appearing at the CCMA Towers in Pretoria to defend an unfair dismissal matter. Spho Dlamini, the sangoma friend of his wife Pretty Samuels-Morake, has taken Lebo M to the CCMA for unfair dismissal at the Lebo M Productions.

Dlamini worked in the finance department of the world-renowned producer’s company. In papers filled at CCMA that ZiMoja has seen, Lebo M is said to have "unfairly" fired Dlamini after he had a fallout with his wife Pretty, whom he is divorcing. A source close to the situation said Lebo M fired the sangoma friend after discovering from a whistle-blower that his wife’s friend was allegedly swindling the company funds and they were also in cahoots when Pretty was using Lebo’s signature without his permission. "There is a lot Lebo discovered about her and Pretty and decided to fire her from his company," adds the source. Dlamini was brought and recommended by Pretty to join the production company.

The source said Lebo M is not bothered by being hauled to the CCMA. "He will pay her off if it means getting rid of her. He also wants to get rid of his wife since he has instituted divorce proceedings against her," the source added. Meanwhile, Lebo M is not budging from divorcing Pretty. On the other hand, Pretty is determined to quit the marriage with half of Lebo M’s estate since she has worked with Lebo M as her personal assistant at the Lebo M Foundation. Both Dlamini and Lebo M refused to comment on the matter.
