Makhadzi's producer Mr Brown, real name Lynol Siwela who is originally from ZImbabwe is back in Mzansi after Home Affairs deported him back home to home country for overstaying his welcome.

BACK IN SOUTH AFRICA

He is excited to be back in the country. The MaGear producer is set to have his first performance in South Africa on 24 February at a car was in Ebony Park, north-east of Johannesburg. "I won't lie, I missed my wife and my children," he tells ZiMoja. "Being home was great as I got to work with a lot of stars from back home, I did very well and felt appreciated. But it's also great to be back in SA, which is my second home. I have worked with a lot of amazing artists here and more is yet to come." He says he has started working and has been in the studio. "I have reunited with my producer friend DJ AirBurn Sounds," he says.

MAKING MUSIC

Mr Brown was deported back to Zimbabwe early last year for overstaying in the country and not renewing his work permit. He was signed to Open Mic Productions for seven years when he was sent back home. But he says it was a minor issue. "I wasn't deported. It was a minor issue that has been sorted," he says. "I was allowed to come back a long time ago, but I chose to catch up with artists back home." Mr Bown has served his term at Open Mic but he says he will continue to work with them. "I did my last project with them but they are like family," he says. "I will be working with Makhadzi and collaborating with many other artists. There are also big plans to go to the US in the pipeline."
