Former Big Brother Mzansi winner and sangoma, Michelle "Mpho Wa Badimo' Mvundla, is mourning the loss of her mother, who passed away recently. The mom of two laid her mom to rest over the weekend.
HEAVY-HEARTED
Mphowabadimo shared the grief of losing a parent in a statement. "With heavy hearts and deepest sorrows on behalf of the Mvundla family, we're saddened to announce the passing of Our Mother Elizabeth Nonjebo Mvundla,' she said. "Our mom left this life to go join our ancestors on 6 August 2024 after a period of illness,' she said in a statement.
EVERYTHING TO HER FAMILY
Mphowabadimo said her mom was everything to her and her family. "We can never forget who and what she was in our lives, a matriarch,' she said. "Although right now our hearts are heavy with pain indescribable, we're hopeful the sun will rise again and we'll learn to live with the pain of losing our mom." She thanked everyone who supported her through this time. "It's virtually impossible to move on from the memory of losing the woman who sacrificed happiness in her own life so that you could have a better one. A mom's love is truly irreplaceable. Losing her is like losing a part of myself,' she said. "We find comfort in knowing that we've gained idlozi elihle (a beautiful ancestor).' she concluded.
