Award-winning content creator Mihlali Ndamase is taking a break from umjolo after her nasty break up with businessman Leroy Sibanda. Mihlali says it will take God himself to convince her to date again. A source close to the situation says Mihlali, who is still nursing a broken heart, has decided to focus on building herself and working on her damaged brand.
HER BRAND TOOK DEEP
According to the source, Mihlali who is one of the most hard-working influencers, is currently working hard to resuscitate her brand after she publicly dated Leeroy, who is a married man. The source told ZiMoja that Mihlali who is still nursing a broken heart is upset that she was willing to risk it all be for Leeroy and in the end, she was left with an egg on her face. "She is upset more than hurt, Mihlali can get any man she wants. She is just livid that he lied to her and promised her sweet nothings," adds the source. Ndamase posted about her disappointment of dating on her Instagram stories yesterday.
THEIR BREAKUP WAS NOT AMICABLE
Mihlali and Leeroy broke up in October last year and in December. Their break-up was marred by drama with her leaking his private cellphone number on social media. The former couple started dating in 2022 while the businessman was still married to his now ex-wife, Mary Jane Sibanda. Mihlali only revealed their break-up in December after Leeroy and his friends went on an Instagram Live showing him kissing another woman on the cheek. A source told ZiMoja that trouble started at a holiday resort in Magaliesburg, where the couple was attending a friend's birthday party. It was alleged that Mihlali could not make it to the main party after having too much to drink and went to sleep. Guests were said to be surprised when Leeroy arrived at breakfast with a gash on his forehead. According to the source, Mihlali had lost her cool. "It looked like someone had hit him with a bottle. I am not saying she did, but it was just the two of them in their room. Both of them know what happened there," the source said. According to another source, the couple separated then but got back together again.Meanwhile, the troubled businessman seems not to have a peace of mind as the SA Revenue Service is going afterhim to settle a tax bill of over R63 million.
