Maskandi singer Mroza Fakude is begging for forgiveness from his ex-girlfriend Nosipho Mhlongo after he allegedly assaulted her and broke her leg. It's alleged that Mroza assaulted his ex-girlfriend Nosiphoi Mhlongo a week ago when she demanded her car back from him.

In a recorded clip, the Van Damme hitmaker is heard crying and begging for forgiveness from Mhlongo. "Sthandwa sami please forgive me. I regret beating you. I don't know what came over me to behave in such a manner. You know my problems and you have been helping me throughout. There is no me without you. I am truly sorry for the things that I did to you, my love. I'm really sorry. Please forgive me," he said. ZiMoja reported last week that Mroza was in hiding in KwaZulu Natal after the assault, which allegedly took pace in Boksburg on the East Rand. Mhlongo, a businesswoman ,claimed that Mroza beat her up after she demanded that he brings back her car ,which he was involved in an accident with.

She alleged that Mroza beat her up using a spanner when she went to fetch the car from a panel beater after involving a tracking company to locate it. Speaking to ZIMoja after receiving the messages from Mroza pleading for forgiveness, Mhlongo said she is not going to withdraw the charges. "I want to teach him a lesson. That man nearly killed me with a spanner. My businesses are on hold because I can't walk since he broke my leg," she said, adding that he has since visited her family and promised to buy a goat as a gesture to ask for forgiveness. "I don't need his goat; I will be fine without it. I was told that he was with his father and his two brothers when they visited my family and apologised for beating me up," she said. Gauteng Police spokesperson Colonel Noxolo Kweza confirmed the assault case being opened against the singer and that the police were looking for him.
