Award-winning producer Lebo M Morake has once again proved his detractors right. Yesterday, through his management company, he announced that he was divorcing his latest wife Pretty Mthiyane-Samuels, only a year after they got married. But Pretty tells ZiMoja that is far from the truth as far as she knows as her marriage is intact and she has no idea she is getting divorced."I don’t know anything about the separation, even now I am busy running errands with the kids," she says referring to Lebo M’s children. These are news to me," she said.

In a short statement yesterday, Lebo M said: "I will not be drawn into salacious allegations and innuendos about my business and personal life. I will be going ahead with the divorce and I have already instructed my attorneys," Lebo M said. Earlier, ZiMoja reported that the composer has been declared a persona non-grata in the United States of America after his passport was cancelled because of tax issues. Lebo M has been married five times to Viveca Gibson, Nandi Ndlovu, twice to Angela Ngani-Casar, and engaged twice to actress Zoe Mthiyane and Malefu Ntsala. Sources close to Zimoja say Lebo M has discovered some things about his latest bride and wants nothing to do with her.

There are reports that Lebo M discovered that his signature was affixed in contracts and legal letters he knew nothing about and demanded to know who forged his signature. He allegedly later discovered that his wife Pretty had been using his electronic signature and she is the only one with access to it. Our source informs us the parties were close to involving the Hawks over signature fraud until Pretty confessed and signed an affidavit that ZiMoja has seen to cease and desist from ever fraudulently using her husband’s signature.

ZiMoja can reveal that yesterday, Lebo M fired Pretty’s sangoma friend. According to a source close to the situation, Pretty and her friend were allegedly in cahoots to scam Lebo Mof his monies. "They have been planning on spending Lebo’s money. Pretty wanted her friend to work in Lebo’s company to have easy access to his monies but he found out about that plan," adds the source. The source also adds that Lebo M also discovered that there was infidelity in his marriage while he was away on business.
