The Lion King producer and businessman Lebo M and his company's former administrator and project manager were back at the CCMA Towers in Pretoria yesterday. The media personality was dragged to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration (CCMA) to defend an unfair dismissal case against one of his former employees at the Lebo M Productions and Lebo M Foundation. His accuser, is Spho Dlamini, the sangoma friend of his estranged wife Pretty Samuels-Morake. 

Dlamini is accusing Lebo of unfairly dismissing her after his fallout with his wife, whom he is divorcing. Dlamini worked in the finance department of Lebo M Productions and Lebo M Foundation. Meanwhile, Pretty, who worked at Lebo M Foundation, was summoned to testify in Dlamini's case. A source close to the matter claims that Lebo M unfairly dismissed Dlamini after a fallout with Pretty and that Dlamini is collateral damage. Yesterday were the arbitration proceedings and the final judgement will be given in 14 working days, from Tuesday.

Lebo M said that the CCMA case was a total waste of time and a witch hunt orchestrated by both Pretty and her sangoma friend. "This is an attempt at exploiting my public profile to detail the narrative and details why I finally executed divorce proceedings against Pretty Samuels. It is as a result of their shenanigans behind the scenes while I was on tour for two months in Europe and their muthi activities," he said adding that, "When the cat's away, the mice played and the mice got evicted and divorced." He said this referring to his wife whom he locked out of their matrimonial home in August. A source told Zimoja that Lebo M's estranged wife, Pretty is determined to get divorced and get half of his estate. "She knows almost everything there is to know about Lebo M. After this CCMA process, Lebo M is going to pay dearly even though he promised to bring his big gun divorce lawyers," the source said.
