More drama seems to be following the now canned reality show of renowned Producer Lebo M. ZiMoja reported that season 2 of Lebo M-Coming Home was canned due to financial and personal drama between Lebo M and producer Carol Bouwer. What was meant to be one of the hottest reality shows ended dramatically allegedly because of their egos.

CAROL BOUWER HAS THE HOLDING FOOTAGE IN HER POSSESSION 

ZiMoja has now learnt that Bouwer's production company is holding the footage that was shot hostage and Lebo is livid because he claims that he owns the Intellectual Property of the show. A source close to the situation says things keep getting messier by the day as the two former friends can't stand each other anymore. "Carol is refusing with the footage and Lebo is fighting to get it back claiming it belongs to him, what's interesting is the fact that Primedia also wants the same footage to see how far the shoot goes," adds the source. According to the source, the Primedia who are trying to recover their millions from both Bouwer and Lebo, are now frustrated by the two powerhouse producers. "Primedia wants to determine whether they are able to sell whatever they have already shot to Showmax, but nothing is happening," adds the source.

THEIR DRAMA IS STARTING TO AFFECT THEIR MUTUAL FRIENDS 

Another source says this drama has put a strain on people in their circle as they are now forced to choose between Lebo and Bouwer. "Also Carol is telling anyone who cares to listen about what Lebo did to her, and mind you she is saying these to higher profile people," adds another source. Another source says Bouwer is not going to let go of this one slide, she is going to fight to clear her name. But another says Lebo is also waiting for Bouwer to produce evidence of what happened to the R7 million she got for the production. "Carol is also sitting on top of Millions and she has not accounted for, they are both in the wrong the footage does not belong to either of them," adds the source. Lebo refused to comment citing that there are processes to be followed. "My team and I have no comment. Internal processes are underway," he said. Efforts of getting hold of Bouwer were fruitless as she ignored ZiMoja calls and text messages.
