YouTuber Lasizwe Dambuza has confirmed that he has sold his Range Rover and downgraded his life due to some financial challenges. He confirmed this after weeks of speculation.
SELLING HIS CAR
"Goodbye Black Rover, Sthandwa Sam'! You have been such an absolute pleasure to drive in, cry in, celebrate in and feel safe in," Lasizwe said in a social media post. "Thank you for the beautiful memories and thank you for reminding me that I can, and I am able?Yes, (it's been a while without you now and you being in the market. I don't know if you've already sold or?" but ke, I hope your new owner will take good care of you like how I did! (I know it sounds like you are human, it's because you took good care of me) Thank you, I love you and goodbye," he added. Also, this is to normalise that it's okay to sell your car, there's nothing wrong with selling your car. Life always has a plan."
MONEY IS TIGHT
A friend of the star tells ZiMoja that it has been a bit tough for Lasizwe. "It happens to all of us, it's nothing new," the friend said. "Lasizwe only has the reality show and he is not getting much work from brands, so things are not great, but he will bounce back as long as he still owns his house which is what he is working on saving." The friend said Lasizwe almost lost his house but had to sacrifice the car. "He won't lose the house, he would rather downgrade and get a smaller car, he still also owns the taxis which is giving him an income."
THE TAXI BUSINESS
All this comes after he revealed that his career was going well and shared a video of his taxi business. It is said that business is slow because the three vehicles have not been on the road for a while. Lasizwe also said he was in the farming industry and owned cows with his siblings and sold one of his cows for R10 000 on social media.
