A lot has happened since they wrapped season two of the stripper reality show This Body Works For Me. Wandi Ndlovu relocated to Nigeria to be a dancer at a nightclub but returned home after only two weeks. On the other hand, Dione Xanthe got liposuction and BBL while Bubbly Sodela is flourishing as a health and wellness businesswoman in Gqeberha. As for rapper and exotic dancer Primadonna, real name Prudence Matsweu she has been rumoured to be involved with a married man.
A MARRIED MAN
The reality TV star is said to have been involved with a prominent businessman, who is in the engineering business and married. This is after videos of the two resurfaced on social media. The videos show the two lying in bed or on the couch and in another video, they can be seen driving together in a car. "Those are old videos that were leaked, I don't even know how," Primadonna tells ZiMoja. "I didn't know he was married. I only found out six months after we had been together. I just knew he had baby mamas. He was my sugar daddy. It was nothing serious," she adds. Primadonna adds that after she found out he was married, she ended things. "I don't know who would leak the video, but we are no longer together.? She sees multiple comments about her being an alleged homewrecker. But she is unbothered. "It doesn't bother me at all. I don't even read negative comments, I don't care about that. People will always talk. But I don't really care."
BECOMING A STRIPPER
Raised in Hartbeespoort and currently living in Johannesburg, Primadonna's life hasn't always been easy, and she found herself forced into the sex industry after experiencing some hardships at home, and an unhealthy relationship with her father. "My father used to beat the hell out of me when he was frustrated. I was always scared." She ran away from home and got a job at a call centre where she tried to start a new life. But due to not making enough money, she dropped out of school and became an exotic dancer. "I enjoy stripping, "she says. "I realised that, and I made money from it."
MONEY AND FUN
Like many, she expanded her business to online sex work on OnlyFans. She uses her money to invest in her hip-hop career. "I love OnlyFans, I love showing off my body, and the money is a bonus. I am not ashamed," she says. "Lots of people are ashamed to talk about it but I enjoy it. I do it for money and because I genuinely like it." But she knows she will not be selling her body forever, and is also focusing on her business, Barbie Boutique where she sells hair and making music. "Last night I was performing my new music at an event I hosted with FBI Media House with whom I have a partnership," she says. "We have a music studio and that is where I have been cooking in the studio. I released my single Bottles and I plan to drop an EP this year. "My music is still coming; I'm planning on dropping an EP this year. I don't have a title yet. We have a team set up. With, Barbie Boutique, I am selling hair, but the business is all about selling confidence, hair make-up, and everything related to beauty and boosting women's confidence."
TRAUMA
The sex industry comes with some dangers, and she has experienced some. Primadonna has in the past also opened up about surviving a traumatic ordeal after someone she trusted allegedly set her up to be raped and killed. "A girl, close friends waste people to kidnap me, rape me then kill me. But they never went through with it. They robbed me of some money and left me stranded in the bush after raping me.? After the ordeal, she keeps her circle small.
